- For valid orders received by Quantum from 27AUG07 to 31DEC07,
the Fibre Channel option is FREE on all DXi3500 and DXi5500 units, a
value at MSRP of up to $18,000—Option will show up on in-voice at
$0.
- DXi3500 and DXi5500 data de-duplication disk backup appliances
let users retain from 10 to 50 times more backup data than
conventional disk systems.
- DXi-Series appliances offer replication options to make
WAN-based replication a practical alternative for disaster recovery
protection.
- This promotion reduces the cost to sell DXi-Series appliances
into SAN environments where they offer optimized, high-performance
operation.
- Pricing applies only to new DXi-Series orders received by
Quantum through 12/31/07 except as specified by written price
protection agreements.
- Promotion may not be combined with any existing special pricing
that was previously approved, but it can be combined with Quantum’s

Details
- For valid orders received by Quantum from 27AUG07 to 31DEC07, an
instant rebate of $5,000 will be provided for two DXi3500 data
de-duplication models—the rebate will show up as a discount
automatically on all invoices for approved deals.
- This rebate will make it cost effective to introduce data
de-duplication technology into mid-range IT environments.
- DXi data de-duplication disk backup appliances let users retain
from 10 to 50 times more backup data than conventional disk systems.
- DXi-Series appliances offer replication options to make
WAN-based replication a practical alternative for disaster recovery
